I'm fairly new at GTA modding, so far all the mods that i've tried were from this site. Some work flawlessly, some dont. Overall it's trial and error. Currently hooked on GTA San Andreas for Android.

There are a lot of great skins in your blog, is it possible to release at least some of them?
Finally, a proper PS2 style grass mod that does not cover the roads. I like this a lot. 
Could you do a backup for default trees and plants too?
