A wrong aspect ratio.
The mural has sizes 11.418m * 7.5m (3:2) in the game.
You draw in aspect ratio 1:1 so "girls" are flatten

I can't help you more because I haven't GTA SA in Android.

You can use the script from "Missile Launcher Truck". But it needs to edit (packer to dumper name) and adapt the CLEO script in Android
