[Introduction] The highways on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau refer to a series of highways built on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, mainly including the Qinghai-Tibet Highway, Sichuan-Tibet Highway, Xinjiang-Tibet Highway, Yunnan-Tibet Highway, and the China-Nepal Highway, etc.
The model is a total of 700kb. There are two files to be added to dff.zip/gta3.img/. You need to prepare the ES File Explorer, TXD TOOL, and IMG TOOL.
1. Open the ES File Explorer, click on Internal Storage, click on Android, click on obb. When you see the folder with the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City icon, click to enter. Rename the file inside and add a ".obb" to it. Then click on the compressed package, and extract the gta3.img and gta3.dir (two files) from the texdb. Then, for the ten files with the name containing gta3hi (one of them is a txt file), unzip them to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files. If you exit after compressing, remove the ".zip" to make it return to its original state. If you don't change it, you won't be able to enter the game. Then, for the dff.zip and txd.zip, and cleo.zip (which contains dff and txd, as well as data) in this compressed package file.
2. Click on IMG TOOL, open the gta3.img in the texdb file, click on the three dots in the upper right corner, and then click on Add File(s), and select the two dff files after unzipping the dff.zip.
3. Then open TXD TOOL, click on the icon of the first picture in the lower right corner in gta3hi.txt, click on Umcompressed 32bpp, click on Select All Images, and then click on the checkmark. Then click on Overwrite Textures (just overwrite the textures).
4. Unzip the cleo.zip, then select the data folder, and move it to Android/com.rockstargames.gtavc/data/files/.
