Nokia 5310 Xpress Music from Vick a.k.a. Law, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. Replaces the phone.

Installation:
• Unzip the zip archive;
• Add with replacement to weap_high.img using GTA Img Tool;
• Import textures into gta3hi.txt and hud.txt using the TXD Tool application.
