Feltzer (VC Style) from thepudhleader, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. Replaces Stinger.

• Unzip the ZIP archive;
• Add with replacement to veh_high.img using the GTA IMG Tool application;
• Add textures to gamemisc.txt using the TXD Tool application.
