Starter Saves With Gang 9 And 10 Zones

Pedgrp and cargrp are vanilla settings, you will need them for Russian Mafia and Bikers to spawn with proper NPCs and vehicles. If yo want to use your Dat files, You can edit your current ones.

The territories you can claim are Ballas and Vagos. Other gangs do run those zones. Colors do not appear because Developers changed things from beta. If you want to edit the zones use " Gang Zone Editor | District editor " and " Gang 9 and 10 for mobile "
