download ped.zip, unzip folder by winrar and copy ped.ifp in android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/anim and paste downloaded file here.. if u have no anim folder then creat new folder,In android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/  rename it 'anim" and paste in it. and start new game
