New Billboards with LMRR, Everlasting Summer and Fortnite themes

The mod changes the textures of several billboards. I tried to keep the atmosphere, but with a billboard from Fortnite — it's debatable.

Installation: Using the TXD Tool, add textures to gta3.txt without alpha channel with "replace" and "camnorm" enabled
