So the Black Lion appears in the Shady Creeks area, he is harmless, unless of course you attack him first.

To make the mod work, start a NEW GAME. Otherwise, if you continue with saving the load, the mod may not work (and it probably will, but I can't guarantee anything, so.. better start a NEW game)
