* changes made by me:
= converted the IVF lights to SA lights
= added the car template
= reflection of the car body decreased, still looks good with or without graphics mods
= removed the reflection of interior, grille, plastic, carbon fiber and other parts

= removed a wheel detail (it's over 80k poly and it doesn't affect the appearance that much :v)
= unique texture names
= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo
