Since I havent seen anyone upload a android version for this

About the mod:
Whenever a graphical mod makes some adjustment for contrast, saturation, color filter etc, some fine detail is lost, which is not the case with this one. So, during the day, the game colors will actually be the texture colors. And what to say besides the colors? Realistic sky color, really white clouds, darker nights, less distance underwater etc. It's also a great mod for mods, as the graphic is balanced, which tends to look good on any other graphic mod, and you can better see the fine details of the textures.

Minor changes:
-Lowered World Ambient(since it's too bright on mobile devices.)
-Removed Oily peds(now only when rain).

Little update:
-Fixed Blue Graphics in the first cutscene
-Little bit more accurate to the original
-Fixed super dark cars on 19:00

1- with ped spec(can disable it in ps2render or leaked skygfx)
2- no ped spec(a little bitdarker cars)

Installation:
Choose which one you wanna use. Cut timecyc.dat and colorcycle.dat to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/data.
