1991 Benefactor Feltzer for Mobile

[Introduction] This is the 1991 Benefactor Feltzer sports car created by the master Onik.

The model is over 400 kb in size. You need to prepare the ES File Explorer, TXD TOOL, and IMG TOOL.
1. Open the ES File Explorer, click on Internal Storage, click on Android, click on obb, find the folder with the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas icon and click to enter. Rename the file inside by adding ".obb" at the end. Then click on the compressed package, and extract the gta3.img in the texdb folder and the folder named gta3 (one is an img file and the other is a folder). Then unzip the dff.zip and txd.zip in this compressed package file (there are dff and txd files inside).
2. Click on IMG TOOL, open the gta3.img in the texdb file, search for "feltzer", then delete it, and find the extracted 1991 Benefactor Feltzer (feltzer.dff) and put it in.
3. Then open TXD TOOL, click on the txd file icon at the second position from the right in the lower right corner in gta3.txt, select feltzer.txd, click on Select (Open), click on Overwrite and Create Association, do a quick overwrite, and don't fix the case. That's it.
