improved headlights and reworked reflection along with some other stuff

the only Furious 7 Supra for SA now also on mobile.

= converted the IVF lights to SA lights
= car body no longer supports SA colors (will always be white)
= car body reflection amount increased, still looks good with or without graphics mods
= removed custom damage
= unique texture names
