WITH ANDROID:
++Use img tools open gta3.img to replace file freeway.dff in gta3.img file. Then add ELQS.dff to gta3.img
++Use Txdfucker open gta3.txt to add image skin to WITHOUT ANPHAL
++Copy cleo : Ghost Rider.csi to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/paste here.

WITH IOS IPHONE IPAD JAILBREAK:
You can not use cleo and skin ELQS.dff, and only use freeway.dff with flame burning...
