After download this mod extract it
You will see dff and txd file

Run GTAIMGTOOL and locate GTA:SA/file/texdb/GTA3IMG
select and click on it after opening click on right side Trip lines then choose add/replace .
Locate your extracted dff and select it for replace old one with new one

NOW DONE WITH DFF REMAIN TXD

Run Txdtool click on Left side triple lines then click on (open catche) and locate
GTA:SA/FILES/TEXDB/GTA3/
Open gta3.txt after opening it scroll down and click on left icon ,choose (from txd) and locate your extracted dff and txd then select TXD and open it.
THEN WAIT FEW SECONDS TO COMPLETE UPLOAD TXD

DONE.
